SenseWalk’s new experiment is in “action”!

The SenseWalk’s team will soon begin a new experiment on timing perception in patients with dementia. Specifically, we will recruit patients in the early stages of dementia, age-matched controls, and younger adults to complete timing perception tasks while simultaneously performing secondary cognitive tasks. Additionally, we will assess their multisensory perception, balance, and postural stability. The aim of the experiment is to investigate alterations in timing perception, multisensory integration, and stability due to dementia, and to compare these findings with those of older and younger participants. Stay tuned!
