SenseWalk’s experiment on timing and multisensory perception, and stability inpatients with dementia has started!

The SenseWalk project team, in collaboration with the Elderly Care Unit “Rodicare”,
is recruiting individuals in the early stages of dementia to evaluate their timing and
multisensory processing abilities, and how these affect postural stability. Measures
of timing perception under dual-tasking conditions, inverse effectiveness, and one-
legged stance will be collected from patients and compared to those of younger and age-matched controls to better understand the impact of dementia on these
functions.
