SenseWalk’s experiment on multisensory perception and gait in elderly population completed!

We are pleased to announce that the project team has successfully recruited the required sample for investigating age-related alterations in multisensory perception, gait patterns, and cognitive functions. Specifically, we have completed our sample, which consists of 40 participants aged 18-30 years, 41 participants aged 60-69 years, 45 participants aged 70-79 years, and 14 participants aged 80+ years. We have already conducted preliminary statistical analyses and are now ready to further explore not only the effects of aging on multisensory perception, gait, and cognition but also their interactions in the elderly population. Stay tuned!!!
