Call for Papers for a Special Issue on Multisensory Integration and Successful Aging!

SenseWalk’s PI, Argiro Vatakis, inspired by the projects’ work has launched a
special issue entitled “Contributions of Multisensory Processing and Integration in
Successful Ageing” in the journal of Brain Sciences (ISSN 2076-3425). This special issue belongs to the section “Sensory and Motor Neuroscience”.

The Special Issue is highly relevant to SenseWalk given the latter’s objectives on the investigation of multisensory perception, gait patterns, and
cognitive functions in healthy elderly population. Moreover, this Special Issue will bring together all the current work internationally that aims to better understand the mechanisms and benefits of multisensory perception on successful ageing.
